Support the UNM Diaper Fund

As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child.  Here at UNM, our role in the village is to help new parents and caregivers cover the basic needs for their baby—like diapers.

As the only safety net hospital in the state, we care for patients with the most complex health needs in the Southwest—regardless of a family's ability to pay. Your gift to the diaper fund establishes you as part of a support system for new parents and will provide diapers to babies whose families may not be able to afford them. This is a perfect time to support the Lil' Lobos Diaper Drive as all gifts will be matched for a total of $5,000. The matching funds have been generously provided by Kate and Howard Becker.  

The University of New Mexico Health System is the only level one trauma hospital and the safety net hospital for the state. The UNM Children’s Hospital is New Mexico’s only dedicated Children’s Hospital and serves as New Mexico’s only 24/7 Children’s Intensive Care Unit, which treats the region’s most critical pediatric cases.
